I want to object to an invoice
If you have received an invoice that you wish to object to, we refer to your overall invoice overview under 'my pages' - Here you have the option of contacting our customer service, who will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
If your inquiry concerns a recalculation regarding the control dimensions and weight of your shipment, we point out that clear photo documentation of the shipment with a label and the actual dimensions may be necessary for a successful complaint case with our subcontractor.
