My shipment has not been collected

I want to change my collection time
If you still do not have the opportunity to be present at the address during the selected time period, there are the following two options. Depending on which of our sub-suppliers handles your shipment, it is possible to change the pick-up yourself under 'My Pages'. Then press 'Show my orders', then 'Choose' based on the relevant order number and then 'Change collection'.

I want to cancel my collection and hand in to the parcel shop
If you want to cancel your collection and hand in your shipment yourself to the nearest parcel shop, that is no problem. Depending on which of our subcontractors handle your shipment, it is possible to change collection to delivery yourself under 'my pages'. Then press 'Show my orders' and then 'Choose' based on the relevant order number. Then select 'Change collection' and finally 'no collection'.

My package has not been collected
In the event that you were not present at the address at the time of collection, or that our subcontractor's driver has not yet been at the address, please contact our customer service.
