How does Pakke.dk work?
At Pakke.dk we offer price calculation and compare shipping prices from our many sub-suppliers. Through our collaboration with freight suppliers you are guaranteed to already know, we have created a platform that makes it easy for you to choose the best and cheapest solution when you need to send packages, pallets and/or documents. When you buy your package label from us, it works as a collaboration between us and the sub-supplier. This means that it is still our sub-suppliers who handle the physical transport of the shipment – all we do is sell you your label as cheaply as possible. We are continuously working to improve our service so that you can check prices, send and receive in the absolute easiest and fastest way.
How do I use your price calculator?
When you use our price calculator, you must first start by filling in the country and postcode of the sender and receiver. At the same time, choose whether your shipment is for private or business use. Then fill in the measurements and weight of your shipment, which is recommended to be done with a ruler or measuring tape to indicate the most precise measurements possible.
Then press 'Find your price'. You will now be presented with the different delivery types we offer. If you have any questions or need help with this part of the booking, you are very welcome to contact our customer service via the contact details below.
The price calculator does not offer a shipment that fits my needs
If it is a shipment of particularly high volume, it is possible to obtain special offers from our sub-suppliers. In this case, contact customer service and state the sender, recipient, as well as the description and size of the goods, and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours (weekends excluded).
